Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hammerheadep.com and the event production services provided by Hammerhead Event Production LLC ("Hammerhead", "we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Hammerhead provides audio, visual, and event production services for weddings and private events. Specific services, pricing, and deliverables for your event are set out in the signed service contract between you and Hammerhead.

3. SMS / text messaging terms

If you affirmatively opt in to text messages — by checking the SMS consent box during the booking process on hammerheadep.com or within your signed service contract — you agree to receive text messages from Hammerhead Event Production LLC about your booking and payment status (confirmations, reminders, and receipts).

• Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. The checkbox is presented unchecked and is never required to complete a booking.
• Message frequency varies based on your booking activity (typically fewer than 5 messages per booking).
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Messages originate from a single registered business phone number.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@hammerheadep.com.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Payments

A 50% deposit is due at contract signing to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date, unless a different schedule is specified in your signed contract. Payments are processed through Stripe.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in your signed service contract. Deposits are generally non-refundable once your date is reserved.
