1. Who we are

Hammerhead Event Production LLC ("Hammerhead", "we", "us") is an event production company based in Orlando, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through hammerheadep.com and while providing our services, and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us — name, email, mailing address, and phone number provided through our contact form, during the booking process, or in your signed contract.
  • Booking details — event date, venue, package selection, add-ons, and internal notes we keep about your event.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
  • SMS consent — if you check the SMS consent box, we record the date and time of consent along with the exact consent language you agreed to.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide the event production services you booked with us.
  • To send booking-related emails (confirmations, receipts, reminders, contract communications).
  • To send booking-related SMS text messages, but only if you have affirmatively opted in.
  • To collect payment and keep accurate financial records.
  • To respond to inquiries you send us through the contact form.

4. SMS messaging and phone numbers

Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used only to send booking and payment-related messages from Hammerhead Event Production LLC, and only when you have opted in. Messages are sent through Twilio, our SMS service provider, from a single registered business phone number.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms of Service for full SMS terms.

5. Service providers

We share information only with vendors that help us run the business, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), our email delivery provider, and our website/database hosting provider. These vendors process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations.

6. Retention

We keep booking records, contracts, and payment records as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

7. Your choices

  • You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
  • You can email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you.
