The prices listed are starting points. Your final quote depends on guest count, venue layout, rental gear needed, and how many technicians your event requires. We'll always give you a transparent, itemized estimate before you book.
When should I book my wedding AV?
Most couples book 3–6 months in advance. Popular dates in peak season can fill sooner, so we recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue and date locked.
What does the timeline look like before the wedding?
After you request a quote, we'll schedule a brief call to review your venue and timeline. We'll send a detailed proposal within 2–3 business days. Once approved, we coordinate directly with your planner or venue for load-in, setup, and rehearsal details.
How do I finalize a quote?
Review your proposal, ask any questions, and sign the agreement with a deposit. The deposit reserves your date and locks in your equipment and team. The balance is due before your wedding day.
Can packages be customized?
Yes. Every package can be adjusted — add a second camera, extra uplights, a larger sound system, or day-of production management. We'll build around what your day actually needs.
